Delivery Information

All items will usually be sent by Royal Mail and tracked for your convenience. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days from the day they are dispatched. We will advise you by email via when the item has been dispatched.

Shipping costs for UK:

Orders under £45.00 – £3.95
Orders over £45.00 – Free
Delivery within a 5 mile radius – Free

Next Day Delivery – £7.00

For next day delivery purchases must be made before 12 noon. Next day delivery is available in Mainland UK only – excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles.Next Day Delivery is available for deliveries Monday-Friday. Items dispatched on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.Candles that are made to order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of the order being placed or fragrance ordered being confirmed.

Can I return an item?

We are certain that you will be happy with the products that have purchased from us. If you do however wish to return your product/products we accept returns up to 14 days from the date of your order. This is subject to the product/products being unused and in the same condition as when sent out to you – this includes being returned in the original packaging.We can offer an exchange (please note your return postage costs to send the item back to us will not be refunded and our return postage of the exchange item will also be charged to you) or a refund (again your return postage costs to send the item back to us will not be refunded).

How do I return a product/products for and exchange/ refund?

Please email Nicky@mollyloucandles.co.uk quoting your order number and the reason for the return and we will give advice and how to return the product/products back to us.How long do I have to return an item?

We offer a 14-day, from date of order returns policy for unused product/products.

What postage method should I use to return my product/products?

If you choose to return or exchange a product/products that are not damaged/faulty then you will need to cover the cost of postage both for you sending the product/products back to us and for us to resend out the new product/products.We advise that you use a fully tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit and would advise that you get proof of postage.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once your product/products have arrived back safely with us we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days or receipt.

What if the Product/Products that I have received are faulty/damaged?

Before we send out an order, all the products on that order will be checked thoroughly and then packaged to the highest standard. If you do receive your order and any of the products are damaged please contact Nicky on 0788 795 1993 or via emailNicky@Mollyloucandlesas soon as possible so that this can be rectified.
